Unified School System where she inspired her middle school students and won the respect of her fellow colleagues over her 30 year career! She not only held multiple degrees including a Doctorate - she also was a talented singer, musician, dancer, model, actress and creator throughout her life. She modeled for print campaigns, was cast in films including Devil in a Blue Dress, Harlem Nights, and Renaissance Man - and television productions including Martin, The Twilight Zone, and A Different World, and some commercials. She loved creating dolls - designing and sewing their outfits, styling their hair, and painting their faces! We even have a doll she made of herself as she appeared in one of her modeling shoots! Her home is decidedly eclectic, inspired by her love of the 80s and decorated with her whimsical eye and love of color!
