ONCE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE WE WILL TAKE YOU TO YOUR VEHICLE WITH YOUR ITEMS OR LET YOU IN TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS. THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY, AN EMPLOYEE WILL BE AT THE GATE THIS COMMUNITY IS BEING GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO PERMIT US TO CONDUCT THE SALE, BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD, PARK IN NORMAL PARKING SPACES AND I AM ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE 12 VEHICLES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AT A TIME, IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE THE GATE UNTIL SOMEONE LEAVES DO NOT GIVE ATTICUS A HARD TIME, ITS THEY'RE RULES NOT MINE. If you somehow find/locate the home before the address is released, homeowner & neighbors prefer that you place a box or bag as a marker and wait in your vehicle for my arrival. Resale will be accepted only if a physical copy of the license along with a filled out and signed CDTFA-230 form is provided, and the number is verified to still be valid.
